Holst C. Beall, Jr.
This year we are celebrating Holst's 51st year of financial advice and service to his clients, friends, family and community. Holst is our Chairman. Being Chairman comes with lots of perks. For instance, he does not need to come to work until after noon. He can take long trips as working for 50 years allows you to build up lots of vacation time. He could retire and he has talked about it but we don't think he will do it. He will always have a desk here (he's used the same one for decades). He also likes to work. The rest of the office of course loves having someone around to talk to about the markets and he's seen 50 years of markets and that is something that is hard to replace.
On a more personal note he is married to Vida, originally from Starke Florida, and they have two sons. Jim who works at BFP and Holst, III who works in Atlanta. Both sons are married and have provided Holst and Vida with 6 grandkids they can spoil. Holst III & Patricia's three are Logan, Avery and Riley; while Jim & Ann have Joyce Evelyn, Mary Lin, and Joshua. You will often see the grandkids in our newsletter as Holst is very proud of them and likes to show them off.
